Rates

Evaluation fees are $200.00 per hour which includes testing, interviewing, feedback, and report development. There can be a charge for review of records and history if this is extensive.

The average cost of a comprehensive developmental evaluation including cognitive and academic assessment is about $1400 to $1800 .

The average cost of a complete neuropsychological evaluation is about $1600 to $2000.

Consulting with school and others involved in a child’s care is billed at $150.00 an hour. Attendance at a school meeting typically costs $300.

A consultation with parents to review previous testing and development recommendations typically costs $200.

Client telephone calls and consultations with other professionals for less than 10 minutes are without charge.

An estimate of the fees will be given during the initial phone interview. No additional testing will be done without prior consent.

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
